Make It So Fund I (“Fund I”) is a social impact investment fund being formed by MIS Capital LLC to support its strategic focus on creating dynamic urban education and cultural facilities in areas where project costs, access to real estate markets and capital constantly challenge sustainable outcomes.

MIS believes that in urban areas there is a fundamental inequity in the facilities and campuses presently used for delivering education that contributes to poor scholastic performance across a spectrum of educational institutions. Broad based research demonstrates that improving such conditions positively impacts student performance.

MIS Capital LLC secures, plans and completes transformative facilities for a range of urban institutions. It is solely responsible for attracting Fund I investors, managing the MIS Capital business and maintaining its strategic mission focus.
