Make It So Fund I will broaden MIS Capital's current user-driven platform that combines an entrepreneurial development approach with research-driven market opportunities.The Fund will enable MIS to generate previously unreachable financially and environmentally sustainable solutions for non-profit organizations. 

Mission critical characteristics of Fund I are threefold:

1. Return for Fund Members: Provide preferred annual return on equity with significant final project IRR;
2. Sustainable Change for Institutions: Provide institutions with both improved facilities and financial stability, thus improved sustainability of their specific service delivery model;
3. High Social Impact for Communities: Provide positive urban social impact through job creation, regeneration of neglected properties and land resources, and most importantly, radically improved environments for institutions.
